The primary area targeted here is the core. Once you try this one, you'll see how it challenges the upper body too. 

WHAT RESULTS CAN I EXPECT FROM THIS EXERCISE?
This exercise will provide strength, stability and, endurance to your core. A strong, stable, and high endurance core is exactly what you need to perform better in all activities while protecting your low back.

HOW SHOULD I USE THIS EXERCISE IN MY WORKOUTS? 
This exercise is very versatile. It serves as an excellent core exercise during a core-specific workout or at the end of your workout. It's also great as a warm-up on upper body day! Try 2-3 sets of 8-15 raises on each side.
