WHAT MUSCLES DOES THIS EXERCISE TARGET?
If you want healthy hamstrings, you have to challenge them. This exercise does just that!

HOW WILL THIS EXERCISE HELP MY PERFORMANCE?
Strong and healthy hamstrings are vital to running, sprinting, and jumping. If there is one injury that can derail you from your goals, it's a tweaked, strained or torn hammy. This should be a part of your training to help protect your hamstrings during activity.

HOW SHOULD I USE THIS EXERCISE IN MY WORKOUTS?
Use this as a lower body warm-up exercise or as an exercise within your lower body workout. Start off slow with these. They can really burn your hamstrings! 1-3 sets of 4-8 reps to start and work up from there.
