It's very hard to be very healthy without doing at least some basic cooking.

Recipe
Cut 2 spaghetti squash in half lengthwise
Lay on baking sheet cut side up
Roast in oven at 350 deg x 30-45mins or until tender
Let spaghetti squash cool x 10 minutes after taking out of the oven
Sauté 1lb grass-fed ground beef until cooked through
Add favorite no sugar added marinara and let simmer
Use a fork to scrape spaghetti squash from the shell
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper
Serve like you would serve a traditional plate of pasta with marinara sauce
