This exercise targets your anterior abdominals and hits that hard to get lower ab area. It challenges the core to stay stable while the arms are in motion. This exercise is an advanced approach to low back health.

COACHING KEYS:
Keep your chin tucked in a double chin position. Press your chest away from the ground throughout the movement. Shorten your core by imagining you're about to take a punch to the stomach. Maintain a tight squeeze of your glutes.

HOW TO USE:
Use this exercise as a warm-up or finisher to your workout. It's also great on a core focus day. Shoot for 2-4 sets of 12-20 up and backs with your arms.
