You wouldn't plant a rose in a garden of weeds and expect it to turn into a garden of roses. Stop looking for one food or nutrient to magically make you healthier. Your approach to nutrition and health will be more successful when you consider the entire body of work. Adding a single food or nutrient to a sloppy nutrition body of work won't fix your problems. At the same time, making a less than ideal food choice on isolated instances within an overall strong nutrition approach won't ruin your results. Tend to the body of work when it comes to nutrition for best results.
