1 year ago today I watched @kobebryant hang 'em up. 2 things that I learned from my time with KB were consistency and focus. 

1️⃣ CONSISTENCY:t wasn't the content of Kobe's workouts that impressed me, it was the consistency. He didn't miss his planned workouts. Worry more about the consistency of your workouts than what your workouts consist of. 

2️⃣ FOCUS: spent 5 seasons around KB. I never recall a moment where he wasn't intensely focused on the task at hand. This is impressive given the amount of distractions that were constantly swirling around him. The skill of letting yourself become immersed in the moment regardless of the complexity or gravity of the moment is hugely valuable.
