Today's Edge: Here's a great exercise to warm-up your inner thigh and hamstring muscles. If you're always feeling tight here, you probably need more adductor strengthening in conjunction with a proper warm-up of the area.  (You can find some adductor strengthening exercises here and here) Use exercises like a lateral squat to address strength of the adductor muscle group.
